If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email support@southernhold.store with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions the same day.

Conditions

• Items should be in original condition and packaging where possible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.

Warranty

Every product carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
